Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 13 October 2026
M4W Group Limited is committed to making www.xborderleadership.com and XBorder programme information usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities and users of assistive technologies.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have not yet completed a formal independent accessibility audit and therefore do not claim full conformance. We will review this statement following accessibility testing and significant website changes.
Measures
Use logical headings, labels and landmarks.
Support keyboard operation and visible focus.
Provide meaningful text alternatives and adequate colour contrast.
Avoid relying on colour alone and respect reduced-motion preferences.
Provide captions or transcripts for substantive video and audio.
Design forms with clear instructions, errors and status messages.
Review third-party tools and provide alternatives where reasonably possible.
Known limitations
Some accessibility barriers may not yet have been identified. We will update this statement with specific limitations identified through testing or user feedback and provide alternative ways to access information or support where reasonably possible.
Programme adjustments and feedback
Participants may request reasonable adjustments during application or by contacting privacy@xborderleadership.com. Please describe the barrier and the format or adjustment that would help. We aim to acknowledge requests within 30 business days, but complex arrangements may take longer. Accessibility information will be handled confidentially and only for arranging support.
To report a website barrier, contact privacy@xborderleadership.com with the page address, the problem and any relevant assistive technology. This statement will be reviewed after significant changes and at least annually.
