www.xborderleadership.com is operated by M4W Group Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under number 1062425. XBorder Leadership Academy is operated by M4W Group Limited and is not a separate legal entity. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Programme participation is governed separately by the Programme Enrolment Terms.

2 Information only and changes

Website information is general and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of admission or outcome. Programme dates, facilitators, venues, content, fees and availability may change, subject to applicable law and any contract already formed.

3 Acceptable use

• Use the website only lawfully and without infringing rights.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, scrape content at scale or submit false information.

• Do not upload another person’s personal data unless authorised to do so and informed of the relevant privacy notice.

4 Intellectual property and third-party marks

Website content, branding, course materials and programme resources are owned by or licensed to M4W Group Limited. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, training of automated systems on protected materials, commercial use or removal of notices requires written permission unless law permits otherwise.

Names and marks of universities, employers, professional bodies and partners belong to their owners. Biographical references describe individual experience only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. In particular, references to Cambridge describe a location or personal connection and do not imply affiliation with the University of Cambridge unless expressly stated and authorised.

Links and embeds are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party services. We aim to keep the website secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Users are responsible for appropriate device and account security.

M4W Group Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website.
